AutoCAF2 +SIR Surface Insulation Resistance & Electrochemical Migration Test System

GEN3 High‑Performance CAF+SIR Comprehensive Test System. It is used to evaluate the failure risks of Electrochemical Migration (ECM), Conductive Anodic Filament (CAF) and Surface Insulation Resistance (SIR) for PCB base materials, prepregs and PCBA under high‑temperature high‑humidity plus DC bias conditions. It is the core equipment for material qualification of automotive‑electronic and high‑reliability industrial PCB. The unit performs only electrical measurements; an external temperature‑humidity chamber (typical 85℃/85% RH) is required.
